Hey everyone many of you requested for the recipe of Momos Chutney so today I am going to show you a very thick & tasty homemade momos chutney let's begin with the recipe to make spicy and tasty momos chutney.

INGREDIENTS Used To Make Momos Chutney :

12-15 dry red chillies
3-4 tomatoes
2-3 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon garlic chopped
2 tablespoon ginger chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Processor to make momos chutney at home --

Take 12-15 red dried chillies. I am using spicy dried red chilies, you can use any other type of red chilie . Now i have removed the stem now we will put it into boiling water i have already kept the water for boiling we will put all the red chilies into it and keep on boiling it until all the chilies turn softer meanwhile . I have taken 3 tomatoes . cut These tamatoes into half and remove the unwanted part from the tip our red chilies have turned now soft . Now we will add the tomatoes to a bowl and boil them for 5-8 mins so that everything is boiled properly and are turned really soft tomatoes should turn that soft that it starts leaving it's skin it's been 4-5 mins and you can see skin have start separating from the tomatoes let me show you guys and chilies also have turned soft at this stage now turn the flame off and strain it now remove the tomato outer skin and transfer tomatoes into a blender follow the same process for rest of the tomatoes along with that add all the boiled red chilies in the blender too now grind them into a smooth paste see the thick and smooth red paste of tomatoes and the red chilies is ready and kept it in little coarse keep it aside heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil in a pan add 2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic into it fry it for a moment. After that add 2 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger and fry ginger and garlic well in the oil until the rawness of ginger garlic is completely cooked just don't over fry them until they turn really dark in color now keep the flame on low-medium now add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce into it mix it well now add the thick red tomato red chilie paste into it mix it well let this mixture cook on medium flame for at least 2-3 mins then add half tablepoon salt or as per your use then use half teaspoon of sugar to balance out the taste . After that add 1 teaspoon of vinegar or you can add lemon juice instead of vinegar mix everything well and let it cook for more 2-3 mins if you want you can cover it with lid & cook it on low-medium flame to make it more thick or until it starts leaving oil or for atleast 4-5 mins don't overcooked . it is because all ingredients are already cooked so here you go with the thick, spicy and lip smacking momos chutney is ready to serve on the table you can serve it with the momos or you can serve it , once it cools down you can store it in refrigerator for 3-4 days in container (airtight) and you can enjoy it anytime you want to taste .
