welcome today we are going to make Eggless cake. we are not going to use any condensed milk or butter. This could be made in cooker or in a microwave oven.

Ingredients To Make Eggless Cake At Home:-


* White refined flour - 250 gm.
* Sugar powde - 200 gm.
* Curd - 200 gm.
* Milk - 125 gm.
* Refined oil -100 gm.
* Baking powder -2 tsp
* Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
* Vanilla extract - 1tsp
For this we need 250gm White refined flour (maida) this amount is equal to 1.5 cups approximately. 1 cup sugar equals to 200gm sugar 1 cup Curd/custard , 100ml of milk ,1/2 cup refined oil, two teaspoon of baking powder , 1/4 teaspoon of sweet soda , a dash of vanilla extract.

Prepration of cooker or a large bowl to bake the cake .

Before making the cake we have to preheat the micowave oven bowl and we have to keep it on 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Till then we will prepare the cake. If we will make this in cooker i will teach you that also. If we are going to make it in cooker, we will keep the cooker on full gas. cooker should be that one in which you can put your cake bin. It could be large Bowl(patila) or cooker whatever you wish for. In the base we will add two bowl of salt and then silver on top of it. And will preheat it. we have prepared the cake bin by refined oil and butter paper .

Now Full Preparing The Eggless Cake -

Now we are going to prepare the eggless cake . Firstly we will take sugar that we have grounded then we will add dahi. Then we will mix it for 2-3 minutes so it will become lumpfree. Now we add bakin powder the ratio in egg less cake is of baking powder and maida is 100gm of baking powder with one teaspoon of baking powder and one pinch of sweet soda as we 250gm maida we will add 2 teaspoon of baking powder and half teaspoon of sweet soda and we will mix it in the mixture and we will keep it aside for 5 minutes. till then we will filtrate the maida look in five minutes it has raised up really nice now we will add refined oil. we have to mix it. we are adding refined because it wont get heaby if we keep it in fridge. other you can also add butter by melting it. but refined is much preferred. we are adding vanilla essence about a teaspoon now we will add maida we will mix it now we will add milk mix by adding half of it now this looks slightly thick so add the rest of the milk. create a consistency like this. pour this into the cake bin we are going to it at 180 degrees for 22-25 minutes we can also add dry fruits, nuts but as this is a sponge cake it it is better to not add them. even the surface with a spatulla we have kept the cake for 25 minutes . Now we will cool it off for sometime then we will slice it. Now the egg less spongy cake is ready. we havent added butter in it so this is very lite and it is crisp for all side.
