It has been said by our elders that health is wealth, we must take proper care of hygiene and cleanliness around us. We have to eat healthy and complete Food promptly.

On the occasion of the celebration of the 75th year of India’s Independence, I would like to share my Fitness Mantra. A mantra is a positive affirmation that you will use every day to change your subconscious negative thoughts.
We should eat a healthy diet and always try to avoid junk food yoga and mediation to keep the mind and body healthy and fit.
Yoga improves balance, Flexibility and Strength Meditation helps the mind sharp relieves stress and anxiety and can strengthen the immune system.
We should do Surya Namaskar every day and so all breathing exercises, Sleeping so an important role in our physical and mental health.
We should include brisk walking, jogging, swimming and biking. Strength or resistance training, exercise make your muscle strength.
The maintenance of physical and mental fitness is very important for a person to need to successfully and so best to the society. It is truly dais by buddha about health and Fitness that ” To keep the body in Good Health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear” Staying Fit ensure a healthier and functional life.

I follow four fitness mantras to lead my life healthier if we want to have a better physical body we need to follow the mantras of exercising daily eating the right food doing yoga and meditation and being sure to get good sleep
we know that exercising is the best way to keep the body and mind fit and healthy but exercise does more than that it also acts as an immunity booster regular exercise can improve the quality of life
I do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day a healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition it protects us against many diseases eating a variety of foods and consuming fewer salt sugars are essential for a healthy diet
I usually eat a healthy diet and I always try to avoid junk food yoga and meditation to keep the mind and body healthy and happy practising yoga improves balance flexibility and strength meditation helps the mind sharp relieves stress and anxiety and can strengthen the immune system
Every day I do Surya namaskar and do meditation before I get into bed sleep plays an important role in our physical health it involves in healing and repair of a heart and blood vessels ongoing
Sleep deficiency is linked to increased risk of heart disease kidney disease high blood pressure diabetes and many more having a good sleep every day reduce stress and improve our mood
I usually get enough sleep I am living a healthy and happier life with the above-mentioned fitness mantras.

My Fitness Mantra on AKAM:- Fitness is to keep the body and mind fit ‘ Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, but It is also the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity”.
I follow four fitness mantras to lead my life healthier. If we want to have a better physical body we need to follow the mantras of exercise daily eating the right food, yoga and meditation and perfect sleeping.
